Author Phillip S. Porter Profile
Phillip Sebastian Porter, has been an Elite Home Inventory
Professional for over seven years with Crystal Treasures, Inc. (CTi).
Phillip received his M.B.A. in Management from the University of St. Thomas in
1987 (Minnesota). He has held Property & Casualty Insurance,
Life/Health Insurance and Real Estate Limited Brokers Licenses. In 2010,
Phillip and Crystal Treasures, Inc. were highlighted in the Brown & Brown
Insurance Inaugural Newsletter. Then that same year, CTi became a member
of the Domestic Estate Managers Association (DEMA). In 2011, Phillip was
the keynote speaker at the launch of the new DEMA Chapter in Dallas,
Texas. Phillip wrote an article entitled "Track Your Treasures
Before Disaster Strikes" that was published in the HUB International
Insurance Perspectives eNewsletter. Phillip also received the honor of
being highlighted in the Starkey International Institute Newsletter. In 2013,
Phillip wrote and published a book entitled "Home, Estate & Property
Inventory Management" that is being sold on Amazon.
In March 2005, Phillip co-founded
and became President and Chairman with Crystal Treasures, Inc. CTi
provides residential and commercial inventory management services to high net
worth, high profile and business clients in Minnesota and throughout the United
States. Phillip has worked diligently to create a unique business model
that established profitable strategic partnerships with local, regional,
national companies and associations.
